Punggol Park

Punggol Park is a park in Hougang, Singapore. 16-acre park with 5-acre lake Kite flying is prohibited near the Paya Lebar Air Base.

“Southern Active Zone” with major activity features, and “Passive Zone” with dense forest north of the lake.

HOUGANG PARK DECLARATION November 1992 A junction of Hougang Avenue 8 and Hougang Avenue 10 named Punggol Park. Schools love the park’s pond for their 1.6km runs. The pond was quarried for sand to build the Hougang Estate.
